Pimple Injection Failure: A Review on Flawless Aesthetic Center's Service

I suffered from two large zits for about two weeks. The zits are most likely under my skin; feels hard, not reddish but is surely swollen and the lump is obvious on the face.

I decided to visit one of the known and not so expensive cosmetic clinics in the metro - Flawless Aesthetic Center. I first had a facial treatment then asked for K.I. Injection (Pimple Injection).

Its been a month or two since I had the treatment and unfortunately, it had a side effect on me. It caused scarring and darkening of the affected areas, but what bothers me more is the shrinking of the skin tissue. There's like a blank space in my face when you feel it. I guess the doctor injected too much on the pimples. The dent is pretty obvious today.

I normally get pimple injection whenever I'm having a hard time subsiding acne by time. This is the first and only experience I had this effect and I'm pretty scared of getting another one.

I did some reading about this kind of effect; sunken skin, skin indentation, atrophic scar. Whichever. But to help you understand, here's a brief definition:

"An atrophic scar takes the form of a sunken recess in the skin, which has a pitted appearance. These are caused when underlying structures supporting the skin, such as fat or muscle, are lost. This type of scarring is often associated with acne, chickenpox, other diseases (especially staphylococcus [or MRSA] infection), surgery or accidents." (Wikipedia)

I plan to visit the same clinic and look for the doctor who had me injected. I haven't talked to any doctor yet but I'm still in the hope of getting this treated.
